I am a big believer in finding something or someone that works for you and then just

going deep with it.

I call it the Rensen Repeat Practice.

I feel it's better to find a training and development source, resource or leader that

you resonate with, someone that you like, someone that you align with philosophically, and

then Rensen Repeat with that person or that resource over and over.

For instance, I went to Jim Rones Leadership Weekend six times.

My friends, family, people, my peers thought I was crazy, probably for more than just

this, I'm sure.

They would say, but you've already gone, you've heard it all before, are you just slow

or something?

And it's true, not the slow part.

Jim did exactly the same lecture, told the same stories and the same jokes I laughed

every single time, each of the six times.

But mysteriously, I got something totally different each and every time.

Certainly it was because I was different, I was dealing with different issues and challenges

each time I was at different levels of personal growth each time.

So here's what I found, attending the same workshop that I already knew was great.
