| 1:26.4 | this for the next hour? I have a meeting, you know, oh my gosh, I'm going to have to deal with this for the next hour? I have a meeting. |
| 1:28.3 | You know, oh my gosh, am I going to have to deal with this when I get home? |
| 1:31.3 | You know, my kids and my wife are there. And what if I'm anxious when I get home? And so it pulls you into a future-based scenario. What's going to happen? What could happen? And your mind and your body start to try and predict, but you are not in the present. |
