| 0:18.4 | I on Monday I found out that the house that I'm living in is not going to be where I'm living basically. |
| 0:28.0 | So long story short turns out that I found out on Monday that I needed to find a new place to live. |
| 0:35.9 | And the tricky thing about that is that we here in Argentina and in this place that I currently |

| 0:46.2 | So there's not a lot of houses to rent anyway. |
| 0:50.9 | And the ones that are available to rent, they want to rent it out sort of like the |
| 0:57.3 | equivalent of an Airbnb because there's a lot of tourists who come in. |
| 1:01.0 | So many people here are an entire salary for somebody in three months. So that |
| 1:06.4 | means that even if there are houses, they're super, super hard to find. So I found one in less than 24 hours I found a house, met with them. I talked to a whole bunch of realtors throughout this whole process. It was so interesting because every single realtor that I talked to |
| 1:24.8 | they're like don't move don't leave that house and they're like there's nothing out there and it was just |
| 1:31.1 | sheer luck that this house became available hadn't even been listed yet |
| 1:36.3 | just happened to ask the right person at the right time and so I got this house and they accept my dogs and I have an enormous garage so I finally get the art studio that I've been wanting. So on all levels, it works out really, really well. |

| 1:58.4 | There's a lot of stuff that I had to do in order |
| 2:00.1 | to get that house and to get everything in order and make sure that they knew that I was a person to rent to and all these different things. |
| 2:09.0 | So that's what's happening. So now I'm moving. I have as I'm recording this today. I have five days |
| 2:17.9 | So this is all happening very very fast. I was not expecting to move and so now I'm packing up my studio and finding like all the things |
| 2:27.2 | finding out where do I even find boxes here and finding all these things and then up and moving. |
