1:31.1 | sheer luck that this house became available hadn't even been listed yet |
1:36.3 | just happened to ask the right person at the right time and so I got this house and they accept my dogs and I have an enormous garage so I finally get the art studio that I've been wanting. So on all levels, it works out really, really well. |
