1:03.9	They want to be doing work that really matters. So I like to ask these guys, instead of like
1:08.1	playing this fairy godmother kind of thing and hope that this stuff
1:12.4	falls out of the sky, I like to ask them, well, why should these people that you admire that are
1:17.8	working on a mission that matters, why should they bring you into their project? What
1:22.7	contribution would you make? What difference would you make to their mission? So I like to look at it
1:29.3	another way. Let's say you had a friend that was part of that team. Why would that guy vouch for you?
1:34.7	What would he say to vouch for you? You guys got to meet my friend, Joe. He's just a really nice
1:41.9	guy. That's why we should have this guy on the team.
1:44.9	Or how about you guys have to meet my friend Joe.
1:48.2	He's really, really funny, really cool, nice guy.
1:51.4	And he can recite every line from Caddyshack and that shit never gets old.
1:56.5	If we look at it from this point of view, we can start to see that the way that we make
