Welcome everybody. I'm thrilled to be here with my dear friend,

Shelley and Gary. And so I bet everybody's asking about why are we here?

Why is capitalize on you so important?

I believe money is power and I've always said that to both of you,

but unfortunately women advocate control of the pocketbook.

And that's time to change.

My personal mission is on equality and equality across race,

gender, age, ability and capital as a factor.

And so if we're going to change it and we're going to reach equality,

we've got to reach it by educating on how you can capitalize on you.

I thought we were here to create one of the most successful podcasts

in the history of podcasts. I might have gotten the wrong invite.

I mean all those things are marvelous and true.

I just wanted to make sure I was in the right livestream and the right podcast.

Like can I still stay here? Because that is a huge agenda of mine.

The single most impactful podcast in the history of podcasts.

Well Gary and I was going to jump in and say,

because this is a big problem because there's two taboo words for women,

money and power. So am I on the right show?

Because here I am the chicken. Why don't we see women on the dollar bill?
