So, you know, so often people, I think they call us.

I've got patients saying like, yeah, yeah, I'm going to exercise and I'm going

to set this goal. And it was like, have you done that before? Yeah. And how to go? Like, I stopped

going. And what about the treadmill in your basement? Like, yeah, it's a good place for hanging

laundry. It's my drying bag. It's my dryer.

I saw this comedian that was like I bought a Peloton for my mom.

It's a $5,000 drying rack. Yeah. And then they go like, what do you got for me? And I go like, why do you want to exercise? And I go, because you're supposed to. I'm like, no, I need a better answer. And, you know, why do you want to do this?

And the way I ask my patients, because I'm taking

care of their aches and pains, is I try to put it into a positive. And I go, like, what will you

be able to do when you have less pain? When you exercise more, when you get moving, like,

And once I get someone to like kind of just pause, and then they sort of imagine, they go,

And I'm like, hmm, okay, would you be willing to do a little bit of exercise so that you could then do the exercise you really want?
