This episode is called Why You Like What You Like.

I tried to make that as awkward as possible and I do believe I succeeded.

Now, this episode is for every one of you who are jammed up, blocked and stuck, whether

it's something you're trying to do, speaking up with your voice, something you're trying

to create, some new business idea, some plan, some what project you're jammed up way

into your head about what people are going to think about it and is it going to work and

is it going to be a waste of time and what if it doesn't fly?

What if no one reads it, no one comes, no one cares, what if?

So all I want to do in this episode is just give you one way that might get you unjammed

unstuck and on your way because this fear, this how are people going to respond?

I've just sat with so many people who it's like a crippling catatonic, it's like a thousand

pounds of concrete, it's, God, when that gets in your head, that thing where something

within you is asking for expression, but the voices on your shoulder, the questions

about how people are going to respond, what if, oh, what if family members read your

book, what if no one likes coming to your restaurant, what if that business idea?

Oh, man. And once you get going, it can be like a loop where almost like an anguish about

the thing you really want to do and then just the ways in which the head games take over.
