What we tell women is like, know your value, know your worth.

And that's actually terrible financial advice in my view, because your value and your worth are infinite.

Your financial value in a negotiation is just an economic question of what the other person is willing to pay.

Your economic worth is not objective.

If you believe you can do something, you will do it.

If you don't believe you can do it, you won't.
