In this video I want to talk about why certain people get oxalate kidney stones and others

don't.

An oxalate is a certain chemical that combines calcium that then has a capacity to form these

little crystals in your kidneys and there are certain foods high in oxalates like spinach,

beet greens, Swiss chard, peanuts and there's quite a few others.

But the question is there's a lot of people consuming these foods and they don't get kidney

stones and other people consume them and they do get kidney stones.

Now there is a microbe, a very special microbe in your gut that has the capacity to break

down oxalates.

It's called oxalobacter formogens so it can break down and remove oxalates from the body.

And take a while, guess what will destroy this microbe?

You guessed it, antibiotics, especially cipro, which just happens to be the most widely
