1:41.9 | hey, this is how you should feel. Your body creates hormones. And then your body creates, talks back to your brain and says, hey, yes, we are feeling |
1:48.7 | this way. So you have an anxious thought or you have a thought about what if, what if the person |
1:52.4 | doesn't like me? And you have that thought, your body's going to then click on the hormones of |
1:57.3 | stress, anxiety, and then those stress and anxiety hormones are going to, you know, trigger your brain to think, yes, we are feeling anxious right now. We should continue this, |
