You know, the results of losing weight forever, permanently. I know you. You're not one to take a vacation to Thinville. You got there, you looked around, you pulled up Zillow, you looked at the prices of the homes, and you're like, I think I want to move here. I think I want to live in Thinville forever. And that's what I'm here to help you do. Book a one-way trip ticket, not a round-trip ticket with a vacation. I want you to live here all the time. And that's why we change those six things, because I want you to get the weight loss that lasts, the permanent kind of weight loss. You want it to be

out of your life. Just like I did. I did the yo-yo dieting thing. Has a really annoying roller

I'm going to have a mix of monologues, a mix of questions. I've got a few other segment types I'm working on to do in the future. This is adding a bit of some more hurdles for me with producing everything, but I really want to elevate the show.

I want to keep it new. Want to keep it exciting both for me as the one doing it. I've been doing
