I am the host, Kat, and I am so glad you're here, and I'm so glad we made it.

It is the final week of 2020. I'm going to share some thoughts about how to move through

0:28.4

2020 into 2021 on couch talks on Wednesday, but I want to talk about New Year's resolutions today.

0:36.1

A lot of us are ramping up to finally press a start button on some goals and desires we've

1:38.1

until you finally win. And then what? After you get that thing, does life go back to normal?

1:43.1

Are you then allowed to start eating donuts

1:44.5

again or do you now spend your free time watching dog tic talks instead of running like it's something

1:50.4

that we work towards and we work towards and we work towards and then we get it and then like okay
