So today I am going into the vault and I am finding some of the best clips from a 24-hour

clubhouse room that we ran this year.

It was an amazing experience to be part of, to host it, to admin it, and to grab friends

and peers from the industry into one room on the leading audio app and help hosts all

over the world. We had a lot of fun. We touched every single corner of the globe and what

I wanted to do is be able to put it together, find the best bits and put it into the daily

Boots podcast. So I hope you enjoy. The section is not more than 10 minutes but it's going

to feature a part of the 24-hour room that resonated the most with me. So thank you for

jump into that clubhouse room. The ego entrepreneur that has to do everything. I acquired 21

units in six months and I did everything. I was putting curtains up at 2 a.m. in the

morning with the wife ringing me saying, where the hell are you at? I'm like, I can't

get these curtains up. I've got some guests coming tomorrow and I exploded. I didn't believe

in help. I didn't want to give any money away and I ended up smashing my head open and end up

in hospital and pretty much the dog looks like you're burnt out. You're doing far too much and

that was the moment for me where I listened to clockwork, the book and just changed absolutely

everything for me. And from that day forward, I don't even think I've lifted a hammer or a drill

and I've instantly built the team around me and now I don't really go near properties. I don't

do anything with them. I don't get involved in operations but my business has gone from

just capital. I don't know the percentage growth has been but it's been a lot and that was because

people can take you so much further than you can do it by yourself. You can only go so far
