| 1:40.5 | but how do I practice non-attachment? How do I practice non-attachment? |

| 1:51.6 | but I don't actually believe we can practice non-attachment. |
| 1:57.0 | So let's look at it very logically, and let's start with something basic. |

| 2:06.0 | really just like want that cake, feeling an attachment to having that cake. |
