No matter how many conferences you go to,

how many YouTube videos and motivational Instagram fitness things you see out there,

nothing is going to change quickly until you have someone walk you through it.

If you're externally blaming things,

it takes a long time to be successful.

These people that do it very short, they take matters in their own hands and they just blame

themselves. They go, I'm not successful, it's my own fault. Yes, the government, the world at

large upbringing school system is part of the problem, but they fix it on their own.

Okay, and they use the help of mentors and other people guiding them. But don't be cynical.

If you're cynical, you're externally focused. It's going to take you about 10 years longer to

get what you want. It's common sense. For example, if you're overweight and you blame McDonald's,

some people sue McDonald's, which is kind of insane. There's huge lawsuits against

McDonald by overweight people because they're externally focused. They say, oh, Big Mac made me fat.

Happy meal. Nobody get fat from a happy meal, but maybe they did, but no one forced them to eat

the happy meal. It's the point. So people who take matters in their own hands and say, all right,

I'm overweight. I'm going to fix it on my own. They don't take lawsuits out on McDonald's.

Now, McDonald's probably deserves it, but again, by the time you go through that lawsuit, it's 10

years. You could have just fixed your own. By then, you got a heart attack. So it's the same way

with money. If you're blaming external things, it takes too long. All right, so here's what I'm
