Hey, there's Joseph. There's a very, very quick episode. So one of the biggest questions I get is

which hypnosis session should you listen to within the app, which will absolutely solve your issue.

Now, I've recorded over 2,000 audios over the time of creating hypnosis sessions. And although I've recorded all those sessions, it's always hard for me to tell because everyone is so unique.

And the problem is most people listen to what they feel, or what they experience the most,

or what they feel the most. So listen to an anxiety session because you feel anxiety.

But the truth is, maybe there's something behind the anxiety, which is actually creating the anxiety.

So you're almost working on the symptom and not the real cause.

And it's very hard for me to be able to tell you exactly what your hidden root causes,

because it's deep within the unconscious mind. But the good news is there is a process in how you discover your very own hidden root cause. Once you get that, your life will never be the same again.

You'll be able to just make the transformations and not only let go of one symptom, but let go of all the symptoms, because the cause is the creator of all the symptoms.

So solve the one thing which will solve the everything.

So the real question is, well, how do you find the unconscious hidden root cause for yourself?
