All right, let's pray.

Father in heaven, thank you for the men and women who've gathered here.

And I assume all across the spectrum, some who have physical exercise as a significant part of their life, maybe too much of their life.

Others who maybe have too little and want to honor you in their bodies in a new way and have some desire or they want to want to want to have that desire.

And so I pray that you would be pleased, Father,

in these few moments to meet us in the various places we are.

It's not beyond you.

By the power of your spirit, you can help.

And would you move the needle some degree for each one in this room?

In Jesus' name we pray.

One thing I love about this cross conference is we focus here on the biggest realities in the universe. God who made all things and rules all things and human sin and the coming

of Jesus and his gospel and the gospel going to the nations. So these are

the biggest realities in the universe in this conference. So why then would we talk about

physical exercise? Isn't that too insignificant in light of these massive, weighty realities

that have been occupying our minds here for the last two and a half days.

Maybe you know the name Adonairam Judson.

If you don't, let me introduce you here briefly to Judson.

I would say, and I think in God's reckoning, it would be true that he is one of the greatest Americans

in the 250-year length of this nation. Judson was born in Massachusetts in 1788. At age 25,

he and his wife Anne sailed for India.

And because of some complications with the war of 1812, they ended up going to Burma.
