Today we're talking about what the fitness industry got wrong. Okay. If you are frustrated with your

touches a place and so many of us, so much pain. We've been there. We've tried everything. But

God brings real healing. So let me ask you something honestly. Have you ever noticed how the world approaches

fitness, pressure, lose weight, push harder, look better, be more disciplines. And if you fall off

track, you just need to start over again and work harder, right? Again and again and again.

And for years, I have lived right in the middle of this world. I was on multiple

magazine covers. I was an ESPN Fox Fitness Champion. And from the outside, it looked like I had

everything figured out. But behind the scenes, something very different was happening because the

fitness world runs on one powerful idea.

Control your body. Control what you eat. Control your workouts. Control the number on the scale.

And that system is fueled by something subtle but powerful in security. Because if you constantly

feel like you're not enough, you'll keep chasing the next diet, the next

workout plan, the next transformation. And even when I reached my goals, even when I stepped on

stage, even when I appeared on those covers, I still felt like I had to maintain perfection

to be enough. And eventually, God showed me something he never meant for me to do.
