Today's question comes from Rose. She's 18 and she says how come guys get so freaked out to be intentional and

actually pursue what's a girl supposed to do and she's traditional and

doesn't want to be forward and expects a guy to actually tell her how he feels

well Rose there are so many things that I could possibly answer with this and

I'm gonna just shoot through some possible scenarios based on your question

what's a girl supposed to do? One, maybe it's possible that he's afraid or

he's intimidated by you. I know that's so annoying to hear, but maybe you do have to

kind of drop the handkerchief a little bit.

I'm not asking you to get down on one of him and propose to him and say, look, if you don't

marry me now, all bets are off.

But maybe it is a good idea for you to invite him out to coffee or you to invite him to go hang out with you

and see where it goes from there and if he still seems absolutely terrified from then, I mean you can't

force anything to happen, but that is a good start and I would

encourage you just you know maybe like say hey to him first and see what happens.

The second thing you know you're saying how come guys get so freaked out about

being intentional maybe he doesn't have a lot of great

examples of young like healthy love in his in his life. You know if you look in

the news and I don't follow everything in the news but it's so hard for some things to get past you right so like look in the news you've got like Justin Bieber and Haley Baldwin right and then you've also got like Priy Choprara, I think I say her name right, and Nick Jonas.

Two relationships, both those couples, they just got engaged within the last like month or so.

And some of the biggest headlines were so-and-so gets three months or so and so gets engaged after only five months.
