Summary

The Ethical, Time-Saving AI Framework Every Woman Entrepreneur Needs I'll be honest… I've had at least three separate panic spirals about whether using AI makes me less authentic. Turns out, I'm not the only one losing sleep over this. That's why I brought in AI expert Natalie MacNeil for a conversation about how women can use AI in a way that protects their voice, values, and integrity. In this episode, Natalie breaks down why so many women feel resistance around AI, and why that hesitation is actually a strength. We talk about the real benefits: getting your time back, having support through busy seasons, and scaling without burning out or hiring a massive team. Then we get tactical. Natalie walks through her frameworks for prompting, building an AI dream team, and using AI to handle productivity, creativity, and decision-making without losing the human parts of your business that matter most. HERE ARE THE 3 KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE: 1️⃣ Using AI With Integrity Is a Leadership Skill – Women aren’t anti-AI. They’re pro-integrity. You get to decide what stays human, what you protect, and how AI supports you without replacing your voice, values, or creativity. 2️⃣ An AI Dream Team Gives You Your Time Back – When AI is set up intentionally, it can save hours every week, reduce decision fatigue, and support you like a full team would. That time can be reinvested into your zone of genius or your life outside work. 3️⃣ The 3 C’s Framework Unlocks Better AI Results – Clarity, context, and cues are the foundation of effective prompting. When you give AI a clear role and goal, meaningful business context, and strong supporting cues, the output becomes dramatically more useful and aligned. It's really important that we're building the habit of working with AI.

What I notice in a lot of the conversations that I'm having with women entrepreneurs is they

aren't anti-AI. They are pro-integrity. You teach something called the three C's prompt framework.

0:18.9

Can you walk us through what that is? A lot of people are still not prompting

effectively. And they're prompting too simple. Open AI's enterprise research reports that most

0:32.1

users are saving 40 to 60 minutes every day in tasks and they're super users over 10 hours a week. My AI dream team.

0:42.5

What is that to you when you say that? So my AI dream team to me. My guest today is a dear friend of

mine. One of them goes, that one over there, she's big money. And it was my guest today. Her name is

I came across a statistic on Huff Po the other day that really surprised me.

1:08.7

It said that women are adopting AI tools at a 25% lower rate than men,

1:15.6

even though the benefits apply equally. And when I looked into that deeper, I found that a lot of

1:23.1

women hold back from fully embracing AI because they feel like it's cheating or it just makes them

1:30.3

appear less competent. Now, when I heard these statistics, it concerned me because I think it is

1:38.3

dangerous for women to not fully adopt AI. Now, when I say fully adopt AI, I mean on your terms in the way

1:46.9

that feels right to you, but here's the thing. We can't afford to be left behind. And in addition

1:53.8

to that, we deserve the support and the incredible strategic ability of AI for our own businesses, for us to get ahead, just like the gentlemen are.

And so when I read that statistic, I thought, you know what, I need to do something different.

2:10.7

I haven't had a woman come on the show and talk about AI yet.

And I think that women and men have different perspectives around everything and especially
