Well, it's unfortunately that time of year, that colder season where many of us push through colds or suffer with the flu and other ailments.

It's not fun, but it also begs the question, why now? Why do we seemingly always manage to get sick this time of year, whereas the warmer months seem to produce fewer illnesses.

We've all heard supposed justifications growing up, and some of them may even be legit,

but there's also plenty of fallacies out there that have gained traction,
