Morghan's love for sport goes well beyond weightlifting. She is a big advocate of staying active to help create positive self image and confidence. In 2018, she was a Role Model at the Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires. Being able to use her passion for weightlifting and sport has allowed her to use her platform to inspire the younger generation. She believes that if we can create a safe and fun environment in sports, its ability to teach life skills will benefit them in the future. When Morghan isn’t in the gym, her love for the outdoors, yoga, meditation and cooking allows her to find a good balance in life.
