Okay, guess what I did over the weekend.

Have you seen this house on Deloche that's viral on TikTok?

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

That has all the lights.

Have you seen it?

No, no. Oh, Lord. Okay. Is it good or bad or like, great, but it's a whole spectacle.

No. So last year, this house, this real big house over in Preston Hollow, decorated, when I tell you the entire house, the entire front of the house is draped in Christmas lights. You can find it on TikTok by the day. Oh yeah. Just look up Dallas Christmas House. It's the first thing you'll see. It's the only thing you'll see. So last year they decorated this huge thing. I have all these animatronics in the yard. Like the entire yard is covered in lights., you do not want to be their neighbor. And let me tell you, their neighbors have no crimson lights going on because they, I don't think they have power left. Like, these people are sucking up all the power for the street. So last year, they got a lot of heat because people were parking in like the neighbor's yards. And this is not a, um, a regular neighborhood.

This is a very nice neighborhood with very nice landscaping, very expensive landscaping.

And people were getting their yards all messed up.

So neighbors erected temporary fencing to like protect their houses.

Well, there was so much traffic and this became an issue

that the neighbors were obviously complaining to the city about this. Yeah. And one night,

one of the neighbors' houses caught on fire. Thankfully, it was like three in the morning,

so there weren't people on the street, but it brought forth a much bigger issue of like, hey, this house having all these lights is a major safety issue for the neighborhood. So we wanted to go see it. So we went Wednesday night and we went at like 10 o'clock thinking like, okay, you know, people won't be out. Well, the lights were off. So I don't know what agreement they made with the city, but they have to turn the lights on a certain point. So then we went last night. Last night we went, I thought I was going to the fair. They, the police have Deloche blocked off from Preston to wherever the cross street is within the neighborhood. So we had to park. There were people parking on either streets before or after and walking. We walked a third of a mile to go see this house.

Was it worth it? It was. It was really cool. Oh, my. But the city is spending $25,000 worth of

our taxpayer dollars, which honestly, like, great. I think we've spent money on worse things.

So having police officers out there making sure the neighborhood's safe all for it. Honestly, I would, maybe I would want to be their neighbor because I would not worry about a package thief right now. I would not worry about something getting stolen. Oh, I would hate to be their neighbor. And I'll tell you why. I would hate it because, first of all, I kind of have the same thing right now, but in a different, no, I just have a neighbor who has like four cars out right
