| 1:01.0 | The bill would assess the individual needs of the inmate and factor in recidivism risk, |

| 1:11.6 | with programs that set them up for success in the future. |

| 1:30.2 | and support their communities. Conservative-run states have already proven the importance of |
| 1:36.5 | productive activities in prison, from faith-based mentorships to toastmasters classes, and from |
| 1:42.9 | earning a GED to addiction counseling. |
| 1:46.1 | Federal prisons also offer several recidivism reduction programs, |
| 1:50.7 | including substance abuse treatment and education programs. |
