Are you worried about screen time for your kid?

All the time.

Yeah, me too.

I worry about it every single day. Which doesn't stop me from

giving it to him. Same here. My wife and I fight about it all the time. And really, like, the science

around it has been all over the place. Yeah. I mean, there's, there's, yeah, some people say,

oh, you're, you're ruining their visual development system. You know, I have a really hard time believing that's the case if you limit it to, you know, an hour or so a day, even when they're small.

And even if it is, their visual system is adaptive and screens are here to stay.

So maybe it'll make them less near-sighted.

So I love the fact that there's so much focus on kids.

But what about us?

We have screens too as well. In fact, we probably use

screens more than them. Are you saying I have a screen problem? I'm saying I definitely do.
