So I met her at my birth center group and we talk about that a little bit

but her name is Dr. Jen Perez and we were in the same birth

center group there was about I think eight women in this birth center group and

she talked about just a little bit what she did.

She's a doctor of chiropractic and she has different certifications and a lot are around

to figure out why I'm constantly in pain and why my feet are starting to look different.

I think it often goes missed, maybe not, but for my eyes it often goes missed because our feet Maybe not

but for my eyes it often goes missed because our feet slowly change over time and I was noticing that my toes were getting more pushed together

my feet constantly hurt so I made an appointment with Jen and she completely

changed my life I've obviously been talking so much about changing your

footwear wearing toe spacers how you can exercises, but more than anything I've been talking about changing your shoes and Jen is who turned me on to this.

So she is so intelligent, she's so well spoken, and she explains all of this really in detail much better than I ever could because this is what she does all the time.

because our feet are our foundation and if we are not taking care of our foundation well things are
