Hey, what's going on, guys? Welcome back the Jeremy Scott Fitness Podcast Radio show. Coming to you on this Wednesday afternoon here really quick.

0:07.8

With a podcast episode, we are going to be going into detail on why people lose motivation and how to get it back.

0:18.1

Hopefully we can share some tips and tricks and hacks all in a way to help you guys

0:22.4

uncover. You know, the thing that is lost most often, which for most people, especially in the

0:27.5

health, fitness, nutrition space, the motivation tends to, you know, ebb and flow. And sometimes

0:32.9

it is, it's very short-lived and very fleeting for people. So that's the topic for today. I got a

0:38.6

handful of things to run through really fast before we dig into this. And again, I apologize

0:42.7

if my dogs go crazy here, we're actually dogs sitting today. I'm in my home office on a

0:47.1

lav mic. So if you hear them screaming, it just says what it is today. But really fast, I got a handful

0:53.0

of messages on Instagram, DM, and a couple

0:55.5

of Facebook as well for people mentioning that it's Pride Month, and it's June right now, it's

1:00.0

actually June 5th. And if you guys who are not familiar, the month of June is basically chosen

1:04.9

as like the LGBT Pride Month to commemorate the Stonewall Riots, which occurred, I believe,

1:11.9

at the end of June in like 1969, if I'm not mistaken. As a result, like a lot of the pride events that are held

1:16.8

during the month recognize the impact of the LGBT community and the people they have all over the

1:21.2

world. And so I appreciate all you guys for the messages. I think it's amazing what you're doing.

1:25.4

Thank you for listening. I appreciate it. I know we have a huge following, especially like on Instagram and you guys who, you know, listen to our stuff, watch our stuff and buy our stuff. So I thank you guys for that. And I'm all for everybody, you know, living their best life and doing whatever makes them, you know, the happiest they can possibly be. I believe that for everybody. I think we should I'll be able to live, you know, a life free, you know, of being judged and, you know, harassed and, you know, just having to deal with life is hard enough as it is, having to deal with a lot of shit because we're different, we're unique, we're not all the same, and I think that's the beauty of humanity and life in general. So thank you guys. I appreciate you and this is my shout out to you guys for Pride Month. Enjoy it this month and every single month the rest of the year. With that said,

2:06.5

two things on my docket quickly. One, reminder, our mandatory mobility program, you guys,

2:11.4

is kicking off here and I believe about nine days and 23 hours, so about 10 days. Now we'll kick off on the 17th. You guys have about nine days and 23 hours so about 10 days now we'll kick off on the 17th you

2:18.8

guys have about nine days 23 hours left registered it's June the 5th today so if you guys are

2:23.1

listening and you're interested in doing a mandatory mobility program with me we're running

2:28.9

that again I run it typically about once a year I wasn't sure if I was going to do it this year
