0:22.1	The Hurricanes obviously hired offensive coordinator Rhett Lashley over the weekend.

0:28.4	Players are starting to come back to campus.
0:31.6	Spring semester is going to get underway.

0:35.7	So we're going to kind of get into all that.

0:39.0	We're going to talk about some potential staff changes for Miami.
0:43.8	I know Rhett Lashley's coming in, but he might not be the only guy that's new in that list of 10.

0:58.3	Rhett Lashley is hired. I know the last podcast I was on with you, I didn't see that happenings
1:05.9	because I thought, you know, Rhett Lashley, honestly, was a guy that Manny couldn't land. So we can get into
1:14.4	that here coming up. But I think first off, just got to start the podcast with saying, I'm impressed
1:19.3	that Manny is able to get a guy like Rett Lashley because I think, number one, he is an intriguing offensive coordinator.

1:31.0	And number two, he's going to bring a system to Miami that's going to be exciting for the fans
