So I told Dr. Troy that I googled some of the most common health questions, and I told them,

I'm not going to tell you what they are. I'm just going to throw them at you, like a dog, you throw a dog a bone, right?

He wasn't one bit offended by that, not even a little bit. But I'm going to give you guys,

so I guess he'll get a little bit of a heads up on some of the top questions that people ask They're doctors and health care providers. Here's one. Why do I get sick? How did disease causing germs

invade my body? What does the immune system do? What's the difference between bacteria and viruses?

Do our intestines contain germs? What are allergies? Should I go gluten-free? Our short

workouts worth it? Is tap water safe to drink? Sugar or high-fructose corn syrup?

Does cholesterol and food count? Is microwave food unsafe? And so on. And I'm thinking,

Troy, before I introduce you, you got to be chomping at the bed. Don't you love these questions?
