it was such an obvious when it did become, and still is our kids' favorite, a holiday.

We wanted to set a culture in our home of constantly talking about God, like it says in Deuteronomy

6th. We wanted this just to be constantly spoken about and actually physically walked out.

This is such a powerful reminder to think through, like, this earth is not our home.

Living like exiles in this temporary place, and we have our eyes fixed on a home yet to come.

looking forward to the month of September coming up.

And what we want to do in preparation for what's coming in October is talk about fall festivals, fall holidays.

There's these biblical holidays that I think it's just fun to explore.

And so we've got on the podcast today, Brent and Katie Krutov.

Yeah, they are our first, I think, second time community coaches, right? Oh, wow. Yeah,

congratulations, guys. Yeah. So, so Brent and Katie did such an incredible job helping us with the spring holidays. And I was like, okay, let's, that was so much fun. There was, I think there was such good feedback. A lot of people got to experience Passover and, and, um, Pentecost or Shaibo O to different, different elements of those that I just love the way that Brent and Katie have

really done us with their family and so we're like hey let's let's let's let's like you know

what they call it pull it back send it back yeah yeah what did kids say these days uh you're

answering the wrong yeah yeah yeah what was it play it back play it back? Yeah. We're going to do that. So we're going to do it again, but for the fall holidays. So I'm going to dive into why we do this a little bit. I'm going to get, I want to kind of dialogue with Brent and Katie. And then I just, I'm really excited for you guys to hear just practically how to do this. So just a kind of big picture of the accelerator, every single month, we pick a theme and we drill deep into this theme to try to help you guys give you tools for how to build a multi-generational family team. And some of these tools are going to be like, whoa, that's awesome. Let's do that. And other tools, you'll be like, nope, we're going to pass that one. That's fine. We just want to give you guys lots of great tools to work with. And that's how we see these, these holidays. These are not things that we feel obligated to celebrate in order to keep the law. We believe Jesus perfectly kept the law when he came and he died on the cross. And so we have already perfectly kept all of the holidays. Good job, guys, everyone. You know, you're in Christ. You've kept the holidays. But it is really amazing to get

to experience them. You know, this is an option in the same way that you don't have to celebrate Christmas.
