Thank you. Well, hello and welcome back to Kindled. So today I am sharing a conversation that I had with my

husband, Joey, on our decision to homeschool.

This has been kind of a long time in the making, and many of you have followed along on Instagram with our journey, as I have shared really for the past several years, that

that's been a desire of ours at some point in the future, just to know when that would be.

And it's finally kind of become clear that it is time. And that's both an exciting and a terrifying

prospect. It's scary. Even though I was homeschooled myself, it's totally, totally different

being the mom and the homeschool, you know, the homeschool parent on that side of the equation,

very different than being the child.

But I do have some idea of what I've signed up for and some idea of just the sanctification.

It's going to be happening here in about a month when we start spring semester as a homeschool family.

But this is something that I've kind of shared with my Instagram audience and brought you guys

into Ask for Prayers.

This is actually our final week of school.

This is week right here, the one that I am releasing this in.

And it's definitely a better sweet time. It's hard, you know,

it's hard to leave a community that you have loved and have your kids be leaving friends

...
