The subject of our investigation, obviously, the death of Boston police officer John

O'Keefe and the trial, the retrial of Karen Reid.

Now there are a lot of questions in this case.

As a matter of fact, those questions were not answered in the first trial because the first jury was a hung jury

Well I think they were hung on at least one count perhaps three counts depends who you ask that's just the nature of this case for those you're not familiar with the story, take a look.

The death of Boston police officer John O'Keefe

remains shrouded in mystery and controversy.

According to prosecutors, O'Keefe was struck by his girlfriend,

Karen Reed's SUV and left to die in the snow outside of 34 Fairview Road in Canton.

But what continues to puzzle both investigators and the public is this. For hours, not one person, saw his body lying on the front lawn.

Guests came and went from the house that night. Headlights were on,

conversations were had, but no one noticed the officer lying just feet from the curb. It wasn't

until the following morning when Karen Reed returned in a panic that his lifeless body was discovered.
