I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

We're bringing back a question, a case that has been over for over a month, but everyone

keeps asking us the question. Jennifer Soto, you see Jennifer Soto on the screen that

pathetic face, that was pathetic in more ways than her face but uh in her actions

in allowing her daughter uh to be abused and murdered by her boyfriend step Stefan Stearns.

And from the very beginning, we, myself, Mike Geary, Phil Grimaldi, had said,

oh, there's no way she's going to skate around this.

There's no way she's not getting prosecuted.

She will get prosecuted, but they're going to need her testimony to put Stefan Stearns away for life. But guess what? So far, and it looks like

so far is going to be forever in this case, she has not been charged.

And she probably will not be charged because she received something called derivative immunity.

So she told the truth that she apparently wasn't even required to testify because, look, maybe in a hearing

that we don't know about, but there was no trial, because we all know that this man here,

on the left of this triple picture here, the thumbnail, Stefan Stearns, we all know

that he pled guilty and received life without parole,

you know.

And as a case, of all the cases that I've covered, police off the cuff is covered, this was

one of the most despicable human beings I have ever encountered in my podcasting career

as well as my police career. He's just a pathetic, pathetic individual. And he is where he belongs

for the rest of his life. He's in state prison and he should never ever walk the face of

this earth a free man but in the same vein i believe that jennifer soto should also be charged
