In the wake of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the Trump White House has accelerated the campaign to suppress dissent, shut down free speech rights, and impose a new form of political governance inside the country.

really appreciate you taking the time out to talk with us. The political efforts by the Trump

administration, as I said in the introduction, to shut down free speech, suppress dissent,

and impose a kind of right-wing political dictatorship in the United States.

It's in full swing.

They've taken advantage of the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

They had that giant funeral, which was partly like a state funeral, partly like a Trump campaign,

really, in Arizona.

There's been the executive order now signed by Trump, defining so-called

Antifa as a major terrorist organization. There's a lot to talk about. I want to start first,

Eugene, with a clip from Carolyn Levitt. She is the White House Press Secretary, and then I want to get your thoughts.

Well, Antifa is going to be designated a domestic terrorist organization. The president

intends to sign that executive order very soon, as soon as it's drafted as soon as today,

later this afternoon. And this is something the president campaigned on because we have seen a rise in

violence perpetuated by Antifa radical people across this country who subscribed to this group.

Eugene, not only is that a false presentation, but I thought it was interesting. She said,

this is something the president campaigned on.
