Goals. We love 'em. We hate 'em. They scare us. They annoy us.

Motherhood creates unique challenges, hurdles and struggles, so why are we trying to achieve goals the same way as everyone else? You feel burnt out, overwhelmed and under appreciated, and sitting down to create a list of audacious goals to go after is just one more thing on the to-do list.

I've created a new framework for deciding what I want and how I'm going to get it, both in my business and personal life because I deserve to reach my goals not matter how big or small they are. So do you. Let's flip the whole goal culture upside down.
