Steve, you know, this idea of the Insurrection Act being invoked, you know, to me, that is,

it's kind of, it's not game over, but it feels like we're getting close to it.

I mean, I think if Trump is allowed to invoke the Insurrection Act and send the National

Guard into just about wherever he wants and the Supreme Court says, okay, we'll let you do

that.

Outside the wishes, against the wishes of people like j b prisker the governor of illinois

gavin newsome and so on um that that gives me great pause that gives me that makes me

worry a great deal um i'm just wondering what you think yeah it makes me it makes me worry

look at the at the end of the day i think the focus on the supreme court uh with our

with your last guess when you said that if the supreme court permits this yeah and i don't i don't

think that's the right place, the right line.

I think the Supreme Court is likely to permit it.

The question is, will the American people abide it?

I certainly won't abide it.

And they can't shoot everybody.

And I mean that dead serious.

The American people have to take a stand on the streets in peaceful protests.

Now, that decision will break the United States Army as an institution.
