| 1:37.5 | occupies a big you know cultural space here it's we have tv shows about it we have movies about |
| 1:43.6 | it we we see people you know whether it's law and order, you see in, in shrinking with |
| 1:48.1 | Harrison Ford, real therapy is not this, this, it's strange thing. |
| 1:53.6 | And it's perceived as this, this, this, this, you know, pathway to, you know, emotional |
| 1:57.9 | healing and personal growth and, and, you know, there's ahas and, you know, this transformative experience. |
| 2:05.6 | But what, what I found was kind of interesting. This guy, Michael Lambert, who he kind of found, like, therapeutic outcomes are what he found attributed to four major factors. |
