0:05.0	And I'm going to be continuing that series today with a message titled,
0:09.6	Why The Wilderness.
0:12.1	Have you ever asked God the question? the
0:15.0	why why why why why why God this wilderness?
0:22.0	If you have, you're in good company. The question's been asked for centuries.
0:28.0	And today we're going to try and answer that question.
0:30.0	And if you have a Bible, I want you to turn to two places, numbers chapter 16 and
0:36.0	Deuteronomy chapter 8. And while you're turning there we're going to get a little
0:41.0	personal today. I'm going to ask you some personal
0:44.5	questions. How many of you would say that you have been through a wilderness
0:51.3	season before.
0:53.4	Okay, look around.
0:54.2	I want you everywhere, every campus, look around.
0:56.8	Okay.
0:58.9	Now if you were to take it another step
1:01.6	and be quite vulnerable and transparent how many of you would say
1:06.8	that you feel like you're in a wilderness right now?
1:10.0	Okay put your hands up I want you to look around, all right? You are not the only one.
1:16.6	You are not the only one. And in this message, I'm going to be speaking a lot in second person.
1:22.3	I'm going to be saying you a lot, and I want going to be speaking a lot in second person. I'm going to be saying you a lot and I want you to know why.
1:26.0	Because your wilderness is different than mine. It's not that I haven't been through a wilderness.
