Hello, everybody. Welcome to Dangerous Ideas. I'm Lee Camp, and what I'm showing on the screen is the incredible devastation across Los Angeles, much of Los Angeles. It's just really unbelievable. And as you can

see from this aerial footage, you will see entire neighborhoods wiped off the map. And then you'll

see one building left standing for no clear reason. There'll be one building that just completely does fine for some odd reason

while the entire neighborhood is gone. Anyway, this devastation really is unbelievable. And as I

covered before on our live stream last week, and I will cover it a little more.

Yes, folks, this is climate crisis. No, mommy and daddy are not going to save you from it.

And no, it's not just that the mayor of Los Angeles shifted $17 million away from the

fire department, which is fucked up. Absolutely. Why the hell would she take any money away from

the fire departments? However, that fire department has $800 and something million dollars. So the

17 million is significant in terms of showing what our priorities are. Yeah, sure, fuck the fire

environment. We don't need them. Take that money away. Give it to the cops. Let them run around beating up homeless people.

They need more sticks for the homeless beatens. We've run out of sticks for homeless beatings.

Let's get some of that money over to the cops so they get more sticks for the homeless beatings.

Because there's sticks involved broken and we need to buy more sticks. Yes, it shows priorities. It shows absolute insanity for our

priorities, but that 17 million was not going to change what this is. Okay. Anyway, that is one of the

many things that people are trying to point to rather than going, oh, this is what our world is going

to continue to look like.

But there are different aspects of this that are human error in one way or another.

And the one I wanted to get to in this live stream, and we're going to get to other things.

We're going to get to some truth about APEC, some Bernie Sanders, some John Stewart, some Bill Maher. All those clips are coming up. And I'll let you wait and see who I'm going to talk positively about.
