Today I want to tell you about my week of pain, what I did about it, and how this could help you.

Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day.

I am walking right now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes or so.

It is very cloudy in South Carolina, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

It's also warm and muggy. I checked the temperature before I left. I think it was 74 degrees.

I didn't even bother to look at the humidity because I'm sure it's I'm sure it's up there and a little

breezy although at the moment winds are calm that breeze feels feels good when it starts to

get a moving so a few weeks ago, I was walking and my left knee suddenly started hurting.

And it was actually a pretty intense pain that caused me to stop and, you know, stretch things out.

And, you know, I'm at an age now where pain happens.

You know, this is not the first time my knee has hurt, typically.

You know, after a minute or two, if even that,

the pain goes away.

I have no idea what it is, what caused it, why it goes away,

but it happens. It doesn't happen a lot, but it happens. And this was

one of those pains, and I figured it was more of the same, except it didn't go away. It wasn't

quite as intense, but it was still sore.

And it was affecting the way I was walking.

It was certainly affecting how much I enjoyed walking.

That knee was sore for the rest of the day.

The next morning woke up, and it felt better. sore for the rest of the day.
