We go say that money. So three. We go say that money. So and welcome back to the Deeper Than Money podcast. Today I am going to be talking to you about a milestone that I am so proud of. I'm so excited about.

And I want to break down a little bit of the behind the scenes process, especially the mindset

perspective. And again, what I credit a lot of my big ideas to kind of stem from. So let's get into it.

So a little over a week and a half ago, I closed on my first commercial property. And I am so

stinking excited. So my plan for this commercial space, it's a total renovation project,

and it will become the home of deeper than money. It will become deeper than money headquarters.

And this has been something that has been on my mind for a while, especially because a

couple years back, it must have been end of 2020, beginning of 2021. I live downtown in Kansas

City. I lived in a one-bedroom apartment. and so there was really no, and I worked from home.

So there was no separation of work time and like my living space. And I had a little desk,

but a lot of times, like, I would work in the couch and the living room. I'd work for my bed.

I'd work in all couch and the living room. I'd work for my bed. I'd work in all the spaces

that I also lived in. You know, every once in a while I would go to like the apartment,

common floors or I would go to a coffee shop. But for the most part, I was always working in my one

bedroom apartment. And so because of that,

there really just was no separation. And that resulted in one, just a lot of like there was a lack of
