1:11.8	guys. So before we get into some Big 12 stuff, huge news this week in college sports. And let's talk
1:17.9	about how this is going to affect the Big 12 conference moving forward and what impact it might
1:23.3	have on college athletics in general. So I'm sure you've seen it by now. If not, California did pass
1:30.6	the Fair Pay to Play Act. Do you want to know what that means? Basically, the new law allows
1:36.4	college athletes to earn compensation based on their name, image, and likeness. This law would not go into effect until January
1:45.5	2023. So what happened, by the way? And this is something that we all should have
1:50.2	predicted was going to happen. Florida has proposed a bill that would allow student
1:54.3	athletes to monetarily benefit from their name, image, and likeness starting in 2020.
2:00.1	It is now an arms race to see which state can pass the most
2:04.9	pro-college athlete-friendly bill to help their recruiting. That's what this is. This is a recruiting.
2:13.6	Now, the PAC 12 is having a lot of trouble right now, right? I mean, you have a lot of issues there for the PAC-12.
