1:25.7	spending big market teams like the Clippers, Lakers.
1:28.4	I don't know if the Warriors are a big market team, but they certainly are valuable and they
1:33.1	certainly are spending a lot. But unlike these other teams, like the Lakers, like the Clippers,
1:39.0	like the, you know, most other teams you can look at, the Warriors reached their success almost entirely based
1:45.5	off successful drafting. And there seem to be getting penalized for that. What are your thoughts
1:51.3	on that? Like, do you, does that bother you at all? And what went into thinking in this new CBA of
1:56.6	not making exceptions for players that you drafted? Like, let's say, Steph's contract may be counting for 75% of its total value toward the cap
