joined by Mike Shear, the author of basketball poetry, and we've got some takes to get to, including one that says the quiet part out loud for Nick's fans. But Mike, this is our first episode of Good Take as part of the newly launched Real GM Radio Network. We've done this segment a few times before as part of the regular Real GM Radio, and we liked it so much that we've launched it into a weekly show. Very exciting stuff. Yeah, I'm pumped. I'm glad that people seem to like it. I'm glad you like it. And I'm pumped to be here every Thursday. So that'll be fun. That's right. Usually what we're going to do on this program is talk about an exciting game

from Wednesday night before we launch into our takes. And the way that good take works for people

who aren't familiar with the segment is Mike and I each prepare one awesome take based on

what's going on in and around the NBA that week. We present that take. You, the listeners, vote on that take, and then the winner of whoever has the best take

gets the and one the next week.

And so the and one is just an additional take.

You get to the foul line, you get that new take.

And so that's what we're going to do.

So we'll get to all that.
