Yeah, so the Eagles are hiring Chris Cooper as an offensive line coach.

You're laughing because we had some discussion about how to pronounce the man's name.

Pro football reference, I think, is just a little bit unclear.

But I don't even think the football reference said what you thought it said. I come in talking about Chris Cooper and you come in all haughty. It was like, Cooper. Well, I didn't come in haughty for sure. Nothing about me is haughty. Pretel. It's Cooper. I think it is, I think it's pronounced Cooper. But the, like, P-E-H-R is pair.

It's not per.

So I stand with my initial reading, but I think it is wrong.

I think it is Chris Cooper.

And it's like such, it was so disappointing that we went on this big, like it was this big to do just to end on it's pronounced.

So yeah, Chris Cooper.

He was the Vikings offensive line coach for the last three seasons.

And his contract expired with the Vikings earlier this offseason.

And before that, he worked with Josh Grizzard in Miami from 2017 to 18 and worked with Vic Fangio with the Denver Broncos from 2019 to 2021. Former player played with the Broncos. See, he's got a lot of experience as an offensive line coach.
