And we're going to talk about the ripple effects of the Anthony Davis trade because we're still seeing the effects of it on the Dallas Mavericks. It did not net the Mavericks a big

Paul when it first happened. Chris Middleton, Marvin Bagley, AJ Johnson, Blake Wesley,

first round pick, fake first round pick. And basically, basically it. But flexibility was huge for it.

And so we'll talk about everything that the Mavs were able to get because of it. And I'm going to start with literally every move the Mavs made this summers because of the Anthony Davis trade, Isaac. So shout out to, shout out to Ricardine Finley for getting that done.

Yeah. Making the right deal. And it starts with it. Well, I just, i just want before you list off the deals i just

want to shout out those two guys again for making that deal because they obviously didn't know

what the future was going to entail for them right and going into that deadline you know obviously

we were talking almost every day about the trade rumors and everything and i i feel like we were

pretty adamant on this show that anthony davis is going to get traded um i had felt pretty

confident of things i had heard about that then and that that's the route that they were trying to go

and it was this matter of like are you going to try to get some players back that could possibly like

fit in the future like

that are not super exciting but are you or are you going to go the flexibility route and that was

clearly the route that you know ricardi and finley wanted to go with it of saying like kind of like

let's wipe our hands clean and now like you'll talk about some things they got in that deal and how they've

taken advantage of that or the new regime has.

But them making that decision then was of, hey, let's, let's set up the future of Dallas,

like this next regime, like they were hoping it was them.

It was, is a pivotal, so important move that I think over

time will get probably kind of buried a little bit unfortunately but I think this is going to be
