I'm doing good. It feels like baseball season a little bit more right now, but obviously still football stuff, spring game this weekend, basketball, transfer portal and everything like that.

So it's still, you know, the busy time of year, but it's starting to settle in that it's baseball, softball season, those diamond sports, which is kind of fun.

I've also heard sources say, Ryan Sylvia, and by sources, I mean, Jack Foster to open last week's show.

And I'm going to circle back with him tomorrow about this very thing, Ryan Sylvia. But apparently, you're a little bit of a pickle ball player. Like, you, you, you dominated the courts last week. Is that true? I don't, I don't want to, I don't want to say dominate. I feel like, I feel like that's where you have to, that's a word you have to let the peers say.

You know, you don't want to. All class for me, right. All class. Dominant. It's like Shea Ralph, uh, when, when they beat Tennessee last year, call herself a visionary. I don't know. That's like, it's one of those things like, maybe you are a visionary. Maybe I was dominant, but I feel like you can't say that about yourself. Someone else has to with that. So I'll take it from Jack.

Ryan Sylvia just like the leader in the clubhouse in the pickleball tournament here for Fall Sports Media, man. They get competitive. They get nasty. They get competitive. They get fiery. But it's fun. Goodness gracious. This is what we should be doing in the off season, reporting on this. Like I just lie. Like this should be a live feed of Vols Media going at it at pickleball. No, that I don't know if anyone wants to. you might take our credibility down a step or two if you

see the uh athletic prowess that that the group of media members have though so i don't think so

man i'm just out like he was like oh you should have no like absolutely not i i turn 34 next friday uh right

and let me just go ahead and tell you like i I, when I get up from this very show,

my knee, it takes like two to four seconds to like fully extend my right knee because I have

arthritis in my right knee. Like I just like I have to, I have to warm up my knee from like sitting

in this kind of position for a little bit. I have to be careful with like how I sleep where I got to keep that right leg extended, uh, because if I sleep with it curled up in a, in a, in a ball, it's, it's, there might be some tears coming out, uh, coming out, uh, first thing in the morning. It's, uh, it's a little bit painful to wake up. So it's like, uh, I'm not tear anything. I'm not doing anything. I'm retired. Like, I'm, it's over. There's no cryogenic chamber for me to rest and recuperate on the pickleball court here for me. Can't do it. That's the beauty of the game, though. It's a, it's an old man's game right now. They say that, but it's a huge Achilles terror. Like, People, like, it's, it's been destroying the old folks like myself, Achilles.
