Summary

Welcome to Ace Weekly Season 2!

Sometimes you have to take a step back in order to move forward. In the personal growth & leadership space, you always hear about the importance of hustling, grinding, and pouring our every last ounce of energy you can give.

They aren’t wrong! Your ability to hustle is one of the great differentiators of successful leaders & entrepreneurs.

But sometimes you just need a break. If you want to reach the summit, there will be times you may have to go back down the mountain to find a new path.

Taking a step back doesn’t make you lazy. It takes true leadership and a deep sense of self awareness to know when you need to step back, take a break, and increase your capacity to conquer new challenges & keep striving toward your mission.

In this episode Andrew talks about taking that step back and lays out a few keys on how to reevaluate, connect with yourself, and recharge in order to keep pushing toward your ultimate vision.
