When I was 39 years old, I was diagnosed with a kind of unusual arrhythmia where the left

side and right side of my heart was beating out of sink.

And I was 330 pounds and I was the average American.

And I was eating and eating and eating and I wasn't active.

I was running a business that didn't require me to be active.

I sat at a desk all day long and I just turned into this sick human being.
