An autonomy will play a critical role.

It's redefining the way conflicts have been fought in the past.

Ultimately, it'll be the faster, not the bigger, that will win.

It just takes too long for the government to buy things today and take advantage of things.

75, 80 years ago, a new technology platform could last 30, 40, 50 years. And if you took you

three to five more years to get there, you could still be ahead. That no longer works. The U.S.

has to have a response that cannot be driven solely by the government, solely by the existing

defense base, solely by the valley,

it's really going to take everybody. It's life and death.
